“Why? Say you are looking to purchase a home and decide to work with the agent representing the home. The reason that’s a bad idea is they are under a legal binding contract to represent the seller and to do what is in their best interest. NOT YOURS!

Regardless if you are buying or selling real estate, it is in your best interest to have your own broker representation and as your local broker, I would be honored to apply for that job.
