The following homes are inside the gates or within 1 mile of the community. Pauma Valley Country Club is a very private guard gated community that is a true Robert Trent Jones Senior Design and a golfers dream. There are 138 Custom homes and ranches as well as several attached Villas ranging from 1,375 sqft to 2,250 sqft however this community is over 35 miles to the main highway and shopping so you are very isolated. This is the only private club in all of San Diego County that has it’s own airport and why many celebrities live here.

Private Guard Gated Country Club

Pauma Valley’s patio is designed for outdoor entertainment and throughout the season, members can enjoy everything from solo guitarists to five-person country bands. In addition, an Old World-style courtyard area was created as a place for members to use their cell phones or just take a break from their fast-paced lives. The central fountain and adjacent olive trees create a serene ambience for members to enjoy private conversations, laptop work or just simple meditation.

Combined with the main terrace, the club’s new patio areas have created a new setting—what is now fondly known as “Pahhhma” Valley.
