As licensed broker & REALTOR® since 1999,  my top priority is to build trusting relationships with my clients. In 2005, I was awarded the RE/MAX Luminary of Distinction award,  joining the ranks of only 47 RE/MAX agents out of over 100,000 in the United States.

I attribute much of the success to my pioneering efforts on the Internet and look for AI and these new concepts to drive future growth.

A true entrepreneur, I was written up in Realtor magazine as the pioneer of using  search engines and smart websites to professionally grow a real estate business and continue reinventing the business of real estate by maximizing the Internet’s potential through my proactive and systematic approach to listings and buyers online.

My and my team generate over 33% of our sales volume from the Internet, second only to referrals. I am also a skilled golfer with a 8 handicap, avid yogie, cyclist and enjoy speaking to numerous real estate professionals about the power of the Internet to grow their businesses as well as my own personal formula for success yet never too busy for you or your referrals.
