This online program teaches you how to become a non-active real estate agent learning at your own pace so you can legally accept large referral fees without all the money and time consuming work active agents pay..

#2. These 3 online classes can be completed in as little as 4 weeks so you can next take your final test that is the only time you will need to do something offline by going to a local exam center. The cost for this state exam is just $60
#3. You are now a licensed real estate agent with a non active status that allows you to legally accept referral fees. The state does charge a $245 fee for the license that is good for 4 years which will be paid for as a congratulations and welcome aboard gift from SD Golf Communities.
#4. SD Golf Communities is a local real estate company owned by broker Kirk LaMar who has sold over 300 homes since 2000 located in the new Coldwell Bankers office right here in downtown Vista.
#5. We will provide you with your business cards as well as branded hats, shirts, water bottles, towels, tees and more all at no cost to you.
#6. Your job is to simply identify people who seem interested in buying or selling real estate in San Diego County. Those that are interested, is when your communication skills make all the difference between just a friendly conversation or turning that friend into a prosperous business relationship by earning their trust and respect.
#7. Should that relationship turn into a client that purchases or sells a home with us, you will get your referral fee paid directly from Coldwell Bankers.
